Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural process when carried out by a trained practitioner.

The practitioner and the treatment cannot make you do something that you do not wish to do.

What it can do is assist focus on your issue.  This is done using words and imagery after you have entered a relaxed, trance-like state.

Hypnotherapy gives you insight within the privacy of your own mind and enables you to look at and consider things without the barrier and control of everyday environmental influences.

‘Safe’ and ‘Natural’ are the words to consider.  There is no manipulation, no external control.  It is just between you and your subconscious, without interference, in a quiet and calm place where you can relax deeply and allow your subconscious mind to focus on your issue.
