The sale of the farm created the opportunity for change, a new chapter, in St Margaret’s.

HEALTH THROUGH HARMONY is a Transformative 6-Session programme designed to guide you towards lasting lifestyle changes.  It brings together education, an understanding of how the brain influences habits, and mindfulness, helping you to build healthy routines that can transform both your mindset and your physical health.

This programme will be delivered online, meaning that you can take part from the comfort of your home and easily fit the sessions around your busy life.  The programme gives you the tools to understand and manage your relationship with food, your emotions and well-being in a more balanced and sustainable way.
